2027 Painting Packages

I offer a few different types of artwork so you can choose what feels most “you” as a couple.

You can opt for a romantic oil painting of the two of you, capturing a key moment like your first dance, ceremony, or entrance. If you’d love to include your guests in the story, I can create a series of live guest sketches throughout the event, full of personality and little candid moments.

If you’re dreaming of a mix—some focus on you, some on your loved ones—I also offer custom and mixed packages. Once you’ve chosen the type of artwork you’d like, you can then select from my Bronze, Silver, or Platinum packages to match the level of detail and coverage you’re looking for.

If you reach out to me directly, a 30% retainer and a signed contract are all that’s needed to reserve your wedding date. This retainer is non-refundable, but it goes toward the total cost of your chosen package—so you’re simply setting aside the day just for you.

You also have the option to book your exact date right here on the website and pay the full amount upfront if that’s easier. No matter which way you choose, I’ll personally get in touch to confirm everything and welcome you into the process.

About a month before your wedding, we’ll have a heartfelt video consultation where we talk through your timeline, your vision, and the special moment you want immortalised on canvas. It’s a lovely chance for us to connect and make sure your painting truly reflects the emotion and beauty of your day.

On your wedding day, I typically spend around 5–6 hours on-site creating your painting as part of the Bronze Package. During this time, I capture the atmosphere, your connection, and the unique details of your day. For the Silver and Platinum packages, I also dedicate additional time in my studio after the wedding to refine the artwork further, adding delicate details and deepening the emotion in the scene. This ensures your painting becomes an even richer, more personal keepsake of your special day.

No matter which package you choose, I always include a special “grand reveal” of your painting once it’s complete at the event. This is the moment where you get to step back together, see your day captured on canvas, and soak in the emotion of it all.

You’re welcome to explore examples from all three packages—Bronze, Silver, and Platinum—so you can decide what feels right for you as a couple.

For the Bronze package, your painting is finished on the day and carefully handed over to a trusted family member or friend to take home and keep safe.

With the Silver and Platinum packages, I’ll take the canvas back to my studio after your wedding to lovingly add more detail, refine the scene, or include additional people. I then deliver the fully finished painting to you within the next few weeks, so you receive a beautifully polished keepsake of your day to treasure for years to come.

Yes, I do charge for travel, simply so I can arrive fully prepared and give your painting the care it deserves.

For UK weddings, travel is calculated per mile from RM14, London, at a rate of 60p per mile. This helps cover the time and costs of getting myself and all my painting equipment safely to your venue.

For destination weddings, things are a little more involved, as I’m bringing a full mini-studio with me. International travel costs typically include:

• Transport (all taxi journeys and flights)

• Hotel accommodation (usually 2 nights for a 1-day event)

• Special luggage charges for safely transporting canvases and materials

• Travel and personal insurance

• Plus a small 10% buffer for unexpected expenses that often come up during destination weddings

All of this means I can focus entirely on you and your day—arriving rested, organised, and ready to turn your celebration into a beautiful work of art, wherever in the world you choose to say “I do.”

Every painting I create is a one-of-a-kind piece made especially for you, which is why the artwork itself is non-refundable. I pour my heart into capturing your day, your connection, and all the little moments that make your wedding uniquely yours. To help you feel confident in your choice, examples of all my live wedding painting packages are available on social media so you can see the level of detail and quality of each option. Once your painting is finished, I’m happy to make small adjustments to ensure it perfectly reflects your vision. For Silver and Platinum packages, I always send photos of the refined artwork from my studio before posting, so you can request minor tweaks if needed. Major changes, like altering the entire scene, aren’t possible, as we confirm the composition together during our consultation to capture the moments that matter most. In the rare event of a force majeure or if I am unable to attend your celebration due to unforeseen circumstances, I offer a full refund or a 70% refund along with a completed painting from a photo. If the painting process is interrupted during your event for any reason, I will also refund the portion of time that I was unable to paint. This way, you can book with peace of mind, knowing your investment is protected while still creating a truly personal, lasting keepsake of your special day.

Even if you’re planning a half-day celebration, live painting is a beautiful, time-honouring process. I usually arrive at your venue 2–3 hours before everything begins to set up, choose the perfect composition, and start painting in the scene. From there, I paint throughout your celebration, which takes me around another 3 hours to bring your moment to life on canvas.

Building this into your timeline means I can fully capture the atmosphere, your connection, and the special details of your day—so your painting feels just as magical and meaningful as the memories themselves.

I completely understand that some couples prefer to keep their wedding day private.

Usually, I take photos and short videos of the event and the painting process to share on my social media and website. This helps future couples see what I do and how a live painting comes to life.

However, if you’d rather your wedding or event not be shown publicly in any form, that is absolutely possible. I offer a full confidentiality option for a fee of £900. With this, your images and videos will not be used for any advertising or social media, and I’ll provide a signed non-disclosure agreement through NOWA ART STUDIO LIMITED for your peace of mind.
